Our minimum charge is £45. Beyond that we will have agreed a job price with you before we start the job.

We can text or email you our bank details so you can pay by bank transfer, or you can pay by cash or card.

Yes, our bespoke carpentry work is guaranteed for three years. Please note that materials and products provided in the course of such work are covered by standard manufacturers’ warranties, which may be for a shorter period.

In the unlikely event of a claim under our guarantee, arising from faulty installation, rest assured that any necessary rectification will be treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the customer’s earliest convenience.

If any work, material or items under warranty are tampered with by any other person the warranty is void. You don’t make final payment until the work is completed and you are satisfied.  By paying the full amount on the invoice, you confirm that you are 100% satisfied with the installation, repair or services we have provided.

For larger projects we require a 30% deposit at the beginning of the project, which covers costs of materials. This may be higher if we need to order special materials, but will be discussed with you prior to starting the work.

The deposit also serves as a commitment for works to proceed. We will then schedule your project and give you an expected completion date when we will require the balance of payment.
